Are you creative, friendly, and passionate about social media and e-commerce? We're looking for a proactive team member to help manage our online store, engage with customers, and create engaging social media content.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily customer inquiries and orders across our online shop and social media platforms.
- Respond to customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
- Create simple and engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms (photos, videos, captions, and stories).
- Monitor social media activity and interact with our online community.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining and growing our online presence.
Requirements
- Based in **Depok** or willing to work in Depok.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, responsive, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Experience managing online shop operations and handling customer inquiries.
- Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and similar channels.
- Able to create basic social media content, including photos, short videos, and captions.
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
- are required, as some of our clients are based overseas.
- You should be comfortable responding to customer inquiries in English.
- Creative, innovative, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
