Job Description
- Responsible for the preparations for the opening of stores in the area under your charge, including the location search, contract-signing, recruitment, training, etc.
- Responsible for the operation and management of the stores in the area, assist and guide the personnel, materials, equipment, cleaning, safe operation, emergencies
- Responsible for operating indicators such as turnover, cost, profit, customer satisfaction, and employee development of stores in the area
- Regularly conduct store inspections to find problems, formulate improvement plans, and supervise the implementation
Requirement
- More than 2 years of operation and management experience in chain enterprises, experience in coffee or tea chain stores is preferred (Starbucks/Kopi Kenangan/Fore is a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
- Quick learning ability and the ability to guide others' work
- Ability to communicate in English or Chinese
