Operations Manager – Cotti Coffee
We are seeking a qualified and responsible Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple Cotti Coffee stores and ensure smooth operations, service quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple Cotti Coffee stores.
- Ensure all stores operate according to company SOPs, policies, and service standards.
- Monitor store performance, sales, staffing, inventory, product quality, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate store performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with Store Managers, supervisors, baristas, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor beverage and food quality, customer service, store cleanliness, and overall store standards.
- Identify operational issues and implement appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels, product usage, and stock availability to minimize waste and prevent shortages.
- Prepare, review, and submit regular operational reports to management.
- Monitor employee performance and provide guidance to ensure service and operational standards are maintained.
- Support management in developing and implementing operational improvements and strategies.
- Maintain effective communication with management and relevant stakeholders in English.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage and coordinate multiple Cotti Coffee stores simultaneously.
- Highly responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to travel between Cotti Coffee stores as required.
- Previous experience in coffee shop, F&B, or multi-store operations is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong leadership and communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Working Hours
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
