• Monee is part of Sea Limited, a global technology company.
• Manage premium, claim, and policy reconciliation and monitor claim processing to keep service accurate and timely.
• Prevent and resolve reconciliation and claim disputes, and handle escalated issues promptly.
• Analyze operational data and trends to guide decisions, and track KPIs to find areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that streamline workflows.
• Work with Business Development, Product, the Board of Directors, and external partners to keep operations seamless.
• Ensure operations meet industry regulations and company standards.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Business Administration, or a related field)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance (broker, general, or life insurance).
• Strong ability to manage large volumes of data, including survey and claims data.
• Solid understanding of insurance industry regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
• Fluent in English.
