Operations Manager
to oversee our daily operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent service, product quality, and operational efficiency across all business areas.
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the cafe, and baking class activities.
- Ensure consistent standards in product quality, customer service, cleanliness, and overall operations.
- Develop staff schedules, assign responsibilities, and supervise the performance of bakery, barista, service, and administrative teams.
- Manage inventory levels, purchasing, stock control, and regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of ingredients and operational supplies.
- Monitor sales performance, operating costs, food cost, labor cost, and overall business productivity.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all operational departments.
- Handle operational issues, customer complaints, and day-to-day problem solving effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, events, and workshop operations.
- Prepare operational reports and performance evaluations for management.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of cafe/bakery operations, inventory control, food cost management, and SOP implementation.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and operational reporting.
