Operational Manager

key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the all outlet (all Brand) under Biru Laut Abadi Company to ensure smooth workflows.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance and training as necessary.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operational issues for management.
• Address and resolve any customer complaints or operational challenges.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and operational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experienceas Manager role, preferably in retail or F&B.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in inventory management and basic financial reporting.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
