Nomad Self Storage is Bali's first premium valet and self-storage company with locations in Canggu and Uluwatu. We serve expats, digital nomads, and long-term Bali residents. We are a fast-growing brand with a strong reputation and big plans across Bali and beyond.

The Role

This is not a standard receptionist position. You will be the most senior person on our ground team — running day to day guest relations and operations across both our Canggu and Uluwatu locations from Canggu HQ. You will be comfortable working independently, helping us build the team as we expand, and holding a high standard without being supervised. We currently have two locations with more on the way — real career progression as we grow.

• Your Responsibilities
• Own all guest communications during your shift through our custom system
• Manage valet operations — ensure pickups and deliveries run perfectly
• Oversee our Uluwatu receptionist team — train and support them remotely
• Manage security across both locations
• Check guests in and out, manage bookings through our back end software
• Assist guests with luggage and storage items — physical ability required
• Drive guest satisfaction and maintain our reputation across both locations
• Maintain premium facility standards at all times
• Report directly to founders
• What We're Looking For
• Happy, warm personality — someone guests genuinely enjoy interacting with
• Proficient to fluent English — spoken and written, non-negotiable
• Experience in hotel front desk, hospitality, guest relations, or customer service — required
• Organised and systems-minded — you enjoy keeping things in order and in flow
• Comfortable and happy working independently for long periods
• Calm, professional, and genuinely warm with guests
• Physically able to assist guests with luggage and storage items
• Quick to learn new software — full training provided on our custom system
• Someone who wants ownership and real responsibility — not just a job
• Experience managing or supporting a small team preferred
• What We Offer
• Rp 7,000,000 – Rp 8,000,000 per month — negotiable for the right candidate
• Monday–Saturday | 10:00–18:00 | 7 hours active + 1 hour break
