- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Fulfillment Operations
- • Oversee daily order processing
- • Ensure all orders are packed and shipped accurately & on time
- • Monitor SLA for order dispatch and delivery performance
- • Handle escalation for delayed, failed, or problematic orders
- • Coordinate with Customer Service for order-related issues (returns, exchanges, complaints)
- 2. Warehouse Management
- • Supervise inbound (stock receiving, QC) and outbound (picking, packing, shipping)
- • Ensure inventory accuracy (stock opname, cycle count, adjustments)
- • Maintain organized warehouse layout & product categorization
- • Ensure proper handling of preorder stock and reserved items
- • Control shrinkage, damage, and stock discrepancies
- 3. Team Leadership
- • Lead and manage warehouse team (admin, picker, packer, QC, inventory)
- • Set daily/weekly targets and monitor team productivity
- • Train and develop team to improve efficiency and accuracy
- • Manage SOPs and ensure team compliance
- 4. Process Improvement
- • Evaluate current workflows and implement improvements for efficiency
- • Work closely with Sales Team , WMS, POS systems (e.g. iSeller integration)
- • Optimize fulfillment flow (especially for preorder & high-volume periods)
- • Ensure readiness during campaigns (sale, launches, peak season)
- 5. Reporting & Monitoring
- • Track key metrics: order accuracy, dispatch time, return rate, stock accuracy
- • Prepare weekly & monthly operational reports
- • Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Experience
- • Minimum 5 years in operations / warehouse / fulfillment (preferably in fashion or e-commerce)
- • Experience managing teams (min. 5–10 people)
- • Familiar with WMS systems & inventory management
- • Experience handling high SKU & fast-moving items is a strong advantage
