is responsible for driving Duma’s overall sales performance and day-to-day sales operations across both online and offline channels, with a strong focus on Duma’s

• own website, retail stores
• and e-commerce.

This role owns sales targets, leads the Sales team, ensures commercial and operational readiness for launches and campaigns, and continuously improves the customer journey across all sales channels.
