Operations Lead

Deskripsi pekerjaan Operations Lead Skolla Education

Responsibilities

• Own school success from onboarding through adoption, and hand schools over to the sales team in good shape well before renewal
• Run service delivery: live classes, in-person tutoring, learning content, and every commitment written into partner agreements
• Turn the sales pipeline into a capacity plan for people, schedules, and content, and raise the flag early when capacity falls short
• Keep mid-term and final exam days running smoothly with the tech team, and lead the response when something breaks

Launch the new services planned for 2027, including teacher training, a teacher community, and learning impact reports, without letting existing services slip

• Lead and grow the team through clear goals, regular 1:1s, coaching, and performance reviews
• Track operations health every week and report results to the General Manager

Qualifications

• 5+ years in service operations, ideally in education or edtech, including at least 2 years leading a cross-functional team
• Experience delivering services to institutional clients such as schools, universities, or companies, including SLAs and complaint handling
• Enough technical fluency to work closely with engineers, and enough academic understanding to judge teaching and content quality
• Comfortable making decisions from dashboards, retention metrics, and capacity plans
• Clear communicator with principals, teachers, and internal teams; fluent Bahasa Indonesia is required

Nice to have: experience with public schools or BOS/ARKAS funding, building SOPs from scratch, or using automation and AI tools in operations
