Customer Service & Control Tower (CSCT) Leader
ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead the Customer Service & Vendor Relationship team at Prahu-Hub.
Key Responsibilities: Team management, SLA compliance, vendor relationship management, and strategic decision-making to drive operational improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Any major)
- Experience: 2+ years in logistics operations, customer service, or vendor management
- Leadership: Proven leadership track record (leading 3+ team members OR managing vendors for 1+ years)
- Industry: Experience in the logistics/shipping industry is strongly preferred
Hard Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High detail orientation and accuracy in tracking metrics and documentation
- Fast system-learning capability (quick to adapt to new platforms/tools)

- A natural leader who enjoys developing people
- A calm problem-solver (even during crises or vendor disputes)
- A vendor-minded professional (understands operational constraints while remaining firm on SLA standards)
