Lead, coordinate, and oversee daily mall operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient business activities.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, SOPs, and service standards, including hygiene, chemical usage, and workplace safety standards.
- Manage operational budgets, cost control initiatives, and vendor relationships to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and develop the operations team through effective training, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, safety requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management regarding operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
