About the role
PT Mitra Natura Raya, a subsidiary of PT Dyandra Promosindo and a member of the Kompas Gramedia Group, is engaged in the management of nature conservation areas. Its core activities include ecosystem maintenance, environmental protection, biodiversity conservation, conservation education, and the sustainable development and utilization of protected natural areas.
As an Operations Manager at PT Mitra Natura Raya, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of business operations in Botanical Garden Bedugul, Bali. This is a contract position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within our dynamic company.
- What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to maximize efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure operational system and process are working and aligning effectively
- Analyze operational data and identify areas for improvement, implementing process optimization initiatives
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our manufacturing facilities, equipment, and logistics infrastructure
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align operations with the company's overall business objectives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, service excellence, customer satisfaction, safety, and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policies
- Engaging and building relationship with external stakeholders related to business, regulators, compliance or operations
- What we're looking for
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or MICE industry. Having experience of operating unit business as a manager, leader or business owner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent project management and team leadership capabilities
- Familiarity with developing people, system and procedure, and continuous improvement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and resource planning
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field
- Willing to be placed in Bedugul, Bali
