Responsibilities

Drive Service Excellence: Support the monitoring of operations performance through scorecards, reports, and dashboards.

Enable Performance Governance: Assist in preparing monthly operations performance reviews and tracking follow-up actions with Operations teams.

Generate Data-Driven Insights: Conduct basic data analysis to identify performance trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaboration:Support initiatives in partnership with Operations, Product, and Data teams to deliver operational improvements.

• Assist in projects related to route planning, tracking visibility, and operational process improvement.
• Improve Operational Effectiveness: Assist in projects related to route planning, tracking visibility, and operational process optimization.

Enhance Productivity and Cost Awareness: Contribute to initiatives focused on improving efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness across operations.

Standardize Operational Practices: Support documentation of operational processes, SOPs, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.

Build Ownership and Execution Capability: Gradually take on increased ownership of analysis and project deliverables throughout the program.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any field or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in e-commerce, technology, digital platforms, consumer products, creator economy, or business operations.
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across teams and markets.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, learning agility, ownership, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Prior internship, project, case competition, startup, consulting, e-commerce, technology, or business operations experience.
• Experience using data to solve business problems, such as through Excel, SQL, dashboards, analytics tools, or structured research.

Demonstrated leadership potential through student organizations, entrepreneurial projects, competitions, community initiatives, or other meaningful experiences.

Ability to thrive in ambiguity, learn quickly, and work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
