Padel Manager (Avenue Padel Canggu)

Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1 degree (Management, Sports, Business, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager (in sports/ padel)
• Understanding of the fundamentals of padel (rules, competition systems, community culture).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing & branding strategies, especially for new businesses
• Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
• Accustomed to working with targets and KPIs.
• Able to manage a team and operations independently.
• Communicative, proactive, and service-oriented.
• Placement: Canggu, Bali
