Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with parking and retrieving vehicles.
- Ensure the safe and careful maneuvering of vehicles within the parking area.
- Monitor the parking lot to prevent unauthorized parking or accidents.
- Keep the parking area clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide directions or assistance when needed.
- Report any vehicle damage, security issues, or maintenance needs to management immediately.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a parking attendant or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long periods.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Working Hours & Schedule
Work Days
6 days per week (1 day off).
Shift Duration
9 hours per day.
Compensation & Benefits
Probation Period (First 3 months)
IDR 3,300,000
per month.
Post-Probation (After 3 months)
Salary increases to
IDR 3,800,000
per month.
