Identify, prioritize, and manage partnership with various key healthcare providers and channels (hospitals, clinics, labs, and individual medical professionals) focusing on cashless services.
- Ensure healthy growth of managed revenue and availability competitiveness in the provider network.
- Establish and drive business expansion with healthcare providers including contract negotiation process and obtain signed agreements.
- Represent the company to corporate and insurance clients, apart from to the service providers
- Work closely with cross functional team to ensure on demand roll out to cashless provider
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor degree, Postgraduate degree will be a plus
- 3-5 years work experience in provider relation (insurance-TPA-broker) role, with minimum 1 year in manager role.
- Having experience handling healthcare providers will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in consistently exceeding quota/target
- Self-starter and result-driven, possesses balance between analytical and client facing skill
- Good communication skill in English, both written and oral
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skill
