Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's or Diploma Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical)
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Preferably Staff specialized in Parts Arrangement from Automotive Manufacturing

Main Job

Manage and coordinate local parts procurement to support CBU mass production activities and special event vehicles, including prototype/trial (P-Trial) units.

Review and monitor Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Master Production Schedule (MPS) for CBU operations to ensure material availability and production readiness.

Maintain and update material master data, including lot sizes, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), delivery schedules, and lead times to support accurate planning and procurement processes.

Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth communication, timely issue resolution, and alignment of production and material requirements.
