Production Scheduling Staff

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical)
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Preferably Staff specialized in Production Process from Automotive Manufacturing
• Good knowledge for lean Manufacture

Main Job

Coordinate and manage production scheduling activities within the Production Scheduling System to ensure efficient production planning and execution.

Develop and maintain production schedules using the Seihan System to support business objectives and production targets.

Manage the Seihan allocation process, including coordination of production volumes by country and vehicle model, ensuring alignment with market demand and production capacity.

Organize, coordinate, and facilitate supplier meetings, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and alignment between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
