Tanggung Jawab

• Prepare and oversee high-quality pastry production (cinnamon rolls)
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail in taste, texture, and presentation
• Lead and motivate a small kitchen team (3–4 people)
• Ensure smooth daily operations and clear communication within the team
• Take ownership of hygiene standards, organization, and workflow

Kualifikasi

• Experience in pastry or baking
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Confidence to manage and guide a small team
• Structured, reliable, and hands-on mindset
• Willingness to take responsibility and grow with us
