Deliver professional nursing care in accordance with nursing standards, clinic SOPs, patient safety protocols, and applicable healthcare regulations.
Assist General Practitioners and Specialist Doctors during patient consultations, examinations, medical procedures, and follow-up care.
Perform phlebotomy (blood collection), specimen collection, and other nursing procedures in accordance with clinical standards and patient safety guidelines.
Assist in medical procedures, including but not limited to Pap Smear, HPV DNA specimen collection, wound care, injections, IV therapy, ECG, vaccinations, and other procedures within the scope of competency.
Prepare consultation rooms, treatment rooms, medical equipment, and supplies before, during, and after patient care.
Measure and record patients' vital signs, perform initial patient assessments, and promptly report significant findings to the attending physician.
Provide patient education regarding medical procedures, medications, treatment plans, and post-treatment care under the direction of the physician.
Accurately document nursing assessments, procedures, patient progress, and medical records within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Ensure the availability, cleanliness, proper maintenance, and inventory of medical equipment, instruments, and consumable supplies.
Maintain infection prevention and control (IPC) standards, patient safety practices, and compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
Collaborate effectively with doctors, nutritionists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and patient-centered care.
Participate in clinical training, quality improvement initiatives, continuing professional development, and other programs organized by the Company.
