- Lead engaging, safe, and dynamic
- Mat and Reformer Pilates
- sessions (group and private 1-on-1).
- Conduct pre-session health assessments and tailor movement programs to guest preferences, injuries, or specific physical conditions.
- Provide clear verbal cues, tactile corrections (with consent), and modifications to accommodate all skill levels.
- Infuse luxury hospitality standards into every interaction, providing a warm, discreet, and personalized guest journey.
- Operations & Facility Care
Ensure the Pilates studio, Reformer equipment, and props (magic circles, resistance bands, blocks, foam rollers) are pristine, sanitized, and impeccably organized before and after every session.
- Inspect equipment regularly for safety standards and report maintenance needs promptly to management.
- Maintain strict adherence to hotel hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Guest Engagement & Promotion
- Drive guest participation in wellness programming through proactive collaboration with Spa Reception and Concierge teams.
- Recommend personalized wellness routines, complementary spa treatments, or post-workout hydration options.
- Assist in developing specialized wellness packages, retreat offerings, and seasonal group activations.
