Planning Officer - DC

Demand Forecast Analysis

Develop delivery plans for product distribution from the Distribution Center (DC) to all Business Units (DCs, Depots, and Partners) to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.

Prepare delivery schedules and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders (Transportation, Warehouse, etc.) to ensure products are distributed efficiently and at an optimal service level.

• Inventory Management
• Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels while identifying potential stock shortages to support future inventory planning.

Track inventory performance, including stock turnover, planning accuracy, and customer service levels, to optimize customer demand fulfillment.

Improvement Management

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by utilizing Improvement Management tools such as Small Group Activity (SGA), Suggestion System (SS), Cross-Functional Team (CFT), A3 Report, and other continuous improvement methodologies to achieve sustainable operational excellence.
