- Job description for Plastering Foreman at TAI TONG (SINGAPORE) CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD.
- Carry out plastering and cement rendering works at construction and renovation sites.
- Prepare walls, ceilings and other surfaces before plastering.
- Mix and apply cement, mortar, plaster and other finishing materials.
- Level and smooth surfaces to achieve the required finish.
- Repair cracks, uneven surfaces and damaged plaster where required.
- Perform internal and external plastering works.
- Take measurements and ensure work is completed according to drawings and site requirements.
- Carry out patching and touch-up works after installation or other construction activities.
- Ensure good workmanship and proper finishing quality.
- Use plastering tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain good housekeeping and keep the work area clean.
- Follow all workplace safety requirements and use the appropriate PPE.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other workers to complete work according to schedule.
