We are looking for a PMC (Production Planning & Control) Manager to manage and coordinate production planning activities in our cosmetic manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and control production schedules based on customer orders and capacity
- Coordinate with Sales, R&D, Purchasing, Production, QC, and Warehouse
- Ensure raw material availability and on-time production delivery
- Monitor WIP, inventory levels, and production progress
- Handle order changes, urgent requests, and production priorities
- Analyze production performance and improve planning efficiency
- Prepare regular production and delivery reports for management
- Lead and supervise the PMC team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in PMC / Production Planning (manufacturing or maklon preferred)
- Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and scheduling
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
