Role Overview
Job Description
- Develop production plans based on outlet requirements, sales forecasts, and Central Kitchen capacity.
- Calculate raw material requirements and prepare procurement and production schedules.
- Monitor raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.
- Maintain inventory according to minimum–maximum levels and safety stock requirements.
- Coordinate production schedules with the Purchasing, Warehouse, Central Kitchen, and outlet teams.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO implementation and monitor expiration dates, waste, and inventory discrepancies.
- Analyze material usage, production output, and variances between planned and actual results.
- Prepare reports on production, inventory, stock movements, and replenishment requirements.
- Follow up on potential stock shortages, excess inventory, and raw material delays.
- Ensure that BOM, recipe, yield, and inventory data in the system remain accurate.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum two years of experience in PPIC, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain; experience in the F&B industry is preferred.
- Good understanding of production planning, inventory management, forecasting, FIFO/FEFO, safety stock, and stocktaking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, communicative, and able to work within deadlines.
- Willing to support operational activities and conduct checks at the Central Kitchen, warehouse, or outlets when required.
