- Able to communicate basic English.
- Friendly, communicative, and well-groomed.
- Good customer service skills.
- Honest, responsible, and team-oriented.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willing to work shifts.
Resposibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with friendly service and accurate product information.
- Handle sales transactions and payments accurately.
- Answer calls, manage appointments, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and attractive reception area and product display.
- Assist with stock management, inventory organization, and product records.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically.
- Support sales and daily operational activities as needed.
