The Opportunity

The Procurement Lead

is responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement operations to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of goods and services that support business objectives. This role manages supplier relationships, drives procurement efficiency, and ensures purchasing activities are aligned with company policies and operational needs.

Will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Development, Construction, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations, to build strong supplier partnerships, optimize costs, and support the successful execution of our operation and expansion pipeline.

What You Will Do

Lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities including renovations, and fit out projects, ensuring purchasing requests are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.

Manage supplier sourcing, vendor relationships, and commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing, quality, and service levels.

Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure procurement support meets operational and project timelines.

Monitor supplier performance, purchasing trends, and spending patterns to identify risks, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Prepare and analyze procurement reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing procurement processes, systems, controls, and team capabilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the procurement team to achieve business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.

Kualifikasi

What We Need

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain Management, Finance Accounting, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience
• in
• Procurement/Purchasing
• and
• at least 2 years of experience lead team
• , preferably within
• retail, fitness, property, fit-out projects
• , or other
• multi-site businesses
• Strong understanding of procurement operations, vendor management, and purchasing controls.
• Proven negotiation skills with the ability to balance cost, quality, and service requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience using procurement systems, ERP platforms, or related tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good English communication skills will be an advantage.
