Deskripsi pekerjaan Procurement Manager (F&B Background) Jumbo Seafood Indonesia
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Audit outlets on receiving processes when required.
- Coordinate purchasing activities and services based on company’s needs.
- Monitor process and supplier performance and resolve issues with suppliers.
- Negotiate best price for goods and services without comprising quality.
- To source for new/ alternate supply on products & services.
- Communicate and maintain good relationship with suppliers & colleagues at all level.
- Assist in daily Outlet’s operations.
- Assist in managing purchasing information, systems, and services.
- Assist in monitoring and managing quality assurance systems.
- Assist on ad-hoc project/ assignments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma in Materials / Purchasing Management with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- A positive work attitude and willingness to learn and contribute.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably with SAP experience (will be an added advantage).
- Can speak & writing in English
