Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct vendor sourcing, selection and evaluation according to company standards;
- Manage procurement processess from sourcing, FRQ/Tender, Pitching, PO/Contract, Delivery, to invoicing;
- Negotiate price, payment terms, lead time, and commercial terms;
- Coordinate with Project/User/FAT, Logistics and vendors;
- Monitor procurement progress and material/service delivery;
- Conduct work progress and quantity verification (opname) for subcontractors/foremen;
- Ensure procurement meets budget, specifications, quality and project timelines;
- Maintain procurement documentation and prepare regular procurement reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) Civil Engineering;
- Min. 2 years of experience in Procurement (Preferably in Road and Bridge Infrastructure Projects);
- Understand end-to-end procurement processes for materials and services;
- Familiar with ERP, Google Drive, Google Sheets and Microsoft Office;
- Good knowledge of Construction materials and vendor selection;
- Strong negotiation, communication, price analysis, and problem-solving skills;
- Able to conduct technical and commercial clarification and subcontractor/foreman work verification (opname);
- Responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented and committed to integrity and teamwork;
- Willing to work overtime when requierd.
