- Manage procurement planning and ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures.
- Validate procurement requests and conduct budget, cost, and price analysis.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, including vendor evaluation and selection.
- Monitor vendor contracts and performance to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
- Support users with procurement advice and drive continuous process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in
- Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying
- , or related fields, with
- 3–5 years of experience
- as a Quantity Surveyor in building or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in
- quantity measurement, technical drawing analysis, cost planning, cost estimation, and cost control
- Strong knowledge of
- construction methods, building materials, industry standards, and regulations
- Good understanding of
- construction contracts
- (FIDIC, lump sum, unit price), including
- variation orders and claim management
- Familiar with
- procurement, tender processes, and vendor/subcontractor negotiation
- , with strong
- analytical, logical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
- ; QS certification (CQS, IQSI, RICS, etc.) is preferred.
