Job Descriptions

• Day-to-Day executing against the purchasing and supply management process, convert PR to PO within SLA Procurement
• Monitoring and ensure delivery of item/services of the PO
• Partnerships with suppliers and other value-added activities to support customer needs and expectations
• Create Monthly and Weekly report

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in pharmacist, management, industrial engineering, or supply chain management

Fresh graduates are welcome, but having experiences as purchasing with proven experience of leading a Purchasing department in Pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry are preferrable

Excellent people skills, excellent problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution, including demonstrated success in conceptualizing new programs and tracking progress of projects to completion

• Strong communication skills
• Strong interdisciplinary, intercultural, influence, and networking skills
• Familiar with sourcing and vendor management
• Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
• Wide of product knowledge based on user requirements
