- Analyzing sales performance, margins, and market trends
- Driving product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies
- Monitoring inventory performance and stock availability
- Collaborating with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
- Persyaratan Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- >3 years of experience in Procurement, Category Management, Buying, or Commercial roles
- Background in Pharmacy, FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Goods is highly preferred
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia & English
