About the role
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
- Product Activation
specialist that plays a crucial role in bringing our products to market and maximising their impact with customers. As Product Activation specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic activation campaigns that drive product awareness, engagement and sales. This role bridges the gap between product development and market success, ensuring our offerings reach the right audience with compelling messaging and effective go-to-market strategies.
Key responsibilities
Plan and execute end-to-end product activations, promotional campaigns, and customer reward initiatives to drive engagement and category growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, marketing and operations to ensure seamless activation execution
- Monitor and analyse activation campaign performance, utilising data and insights to optimise results
- Manage activation budgets and resources efficiently
- Coordinate on-ground activation events, demonstrations and experiential marketing initiatives
- Track market feedback and consumer response to inform ongoing optimisation and future activation plans
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on activation performance for senior leadership
- What we're looking for
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in any major, open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or ecommerce roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple activations simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends and go-to-market strategies
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative activation ideas that capture market attention
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and performance measurement
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments
