About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cook to join TBS Group in Sanur, Bali. You will be managing our kitchen operations and prepare delicious meals for our guests and will be responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent dishes (from breakfast/brunch items to light mains and pastries) in a fast-paced environment.

• What you'll be doing
• Prepare, season, and cook dishes according to cafe recipes and presentation standards
• Maintaining a clean, organized and hygienic kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations
• Ensure the kitchen operates smoothly, managing tickets efficiently to maintain low wait times
• Monitor food stock levels, report shortages, and assist in ordering fresh ingredients
• Supporting inventory management by reporting stock levels and ingredient requirements
• What we're looking for
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook or Pastry Cook in a cafe, bakery, or restaurant
• Deep understanding of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
• Proven knowledge and practical experience in basic baking, pastry techniques, and dessert assembly
• Strong knowledge of food health and safety regulations
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
