Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Analysis

Dissect and monitor updates to OJK Regulations (POJK), Exchange rules, and the P2SK Law for integration into product strategy.

Internal Checking

Conduct regular self-inspections of all operational workflows to ensure ongoing compliance.

Product Validation

Review Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) from Product/Tech teams to ensure every feature meets compliance standards from the design phase.

Mandatory Reporting

Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of transaction reporting and other periodic reports submitted to relevant authorities.

Regulatory Interaction

Serve as the primary point of contact and manage audit processes from OJK, the Crypto Exchange, as well as other internal/external auditors.

Strategic Compliance Advisory

Provide strategic recommendations to ensure business goals are achieved within compliant legal boundaries, without compromising user experience.

Kualifikasi

• Competencies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Minimum
• 4 years of experience
• in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Design for internet-based products and technologies.
• Strong understanding of and interest in
• Blockchain Technology, e-commerce, financial services, and investment products
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute insights, ideas, and features to build a cohesive product roadmap.
• Strong data analysis skills to provide recommendations and run product experiments to improve key metrics.
• Proficient in extracting and analyzing data using tools such as
• BigQuery, Looker, and Tableau
• Proven experience managing and working closely with
• Developers and Testers
• (mandatory).

Have profound knowledge of OJK Regulations (POJK) and their practical application within the crypto asset, capital market, or other relevant industries.

Demonstrated experience in leading or acting as the lead coordinator when facing external audits conducted by regulators.

Proven deep understanding and effective implementation of sound Data Governance, and demonstrated ability to successfully lead through the ISO 27001 certification process.

Ability to verify data validity across Admin Dashboards, standard dashboards, databases, and blockchain logs, and reconcile them with reports
