Job Responsibilities

Rapid Prototyping & AI-Assisted Development: Utilize modern development workflows (including AI-assisted coding and high-velocity engineering) to rapidly build, test, and deploy functional MVPs from scratch.

Website Design & UI/UX: Own the product design lifecycle—from user journeys and wireframes to high-fidelity, interactive prototypes and final production-ready interfaces for Think Policy and Bijak products.

Website Management & Maintenance: Manage, update, and maintain existing website infrastructure using platforms like Framer, Wix, and other deployment tools, ensuring all web properties are responsive and bug-free.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Platform team, Head of Media, and external stakeholders to align technical product strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in website design and development
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and user-centered design processes using tools like Figma.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, etc) for high-velocity coding and rapid prototyping.
• Solid grasp of basic front-end concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to quickly build and deploy functional features.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passionate about social impact, public policy, and building civic tech tools that drive political accountability.
