- Participate in a training program to learn product development principles and processes.
- Assist the Product Development team in conducting market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitor products.
- Support the development of new product concepts, including research, brainstorming, and idea generation.
- Assist in product sample preparation, evaluation, testing, and documentation.
- Support coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development processes.
- Assist in preparing product development documents, reports, and presentations.
- Monitor beauty and food industry trends, product innovations, and consumer preferences to support new product initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Technology, or other relevant majors.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous internship experience in Product Development is a plus.
- Strong interest in the beauty, cosmetics, or food industry.
- Familiar with market research and product trends, particularly in Indonesia and international markets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn, and willing to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
