- Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on product development principles and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and contribute to the ideation phase of new product initiatives.
- Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Learn and apply product development methodologies, including prototyping, testing, and iteration.
- Work closely with senior product developers to create detailed project plans and timelines.
- Contribute to the design and development of new products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Gain hands-on experience with various tools and technologies used in product development processes.
Kualifikasi
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Technology, or other relevant majors.
1–2 years of working experience in Product Development, preferably within the Beauty/Cosmetics/Food industry. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
Experience in beauty/food product development, from initial research and concept development to sample evaluation and product launch, is highly preferred.
Strong interest in the beauty industry and actively follows beauty/food trends, product innovations, and consumer preferences in Indonesia and international markets.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a dynamic working culture.
- Passionate, proactive, and eager to learn about product development and the beauty/food industry.
