About the Role

You’ll support building products that power how thousands of companies run and hire. As Product Manager Intern, you’ll turn complex workflows into simple, powerful experiences — whether that’s managing payroll and performance on KantorKu HRIS, or helping employers find their next great hire through Dealls ATS.

You’ll sit at the intersection of tech, business, and users — shaping products that impact hundreds of thousands of employees and millions of job seekers across Indonesia.

• What You’ll Do
• Support the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps based on data, user feedback, and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations to deliver features on time and at high quality.
• Deeply understand HR and recruitment workflows — translate pain points into elegant, scalable solutions.
• Set success metrics (adoption, engagement, retention) and drive product decisions through insight.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term product strategy and scalability.

Kualifikasi

• What We’re Looking For
• Structured thinker with a bias for clarity, data, and execution.
• Strong communication skills; can align engineers, designers, and stakeholders toward shared goals.
• Comfortable managing complexity
• from API integrations to UI flows.
• Obsessed with creating intuitive, reliable products users love.
• Bonus Points
• Experience in HRIS, ATS, or ERP systems.
• Background in fast-scaling startups or multi-tenant SaaS.
