About the role
The Product Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management, setup, maintenance, and operational readiness of products within the company's platform. The role works closely with Product Account Managers, merchants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure products are accurately configured, launched on time, maintained effectively, and supported throughout their lifecycle. This position is suitable for an operations-focused individual who is highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple systems and stakeholders.
- Key responsibilities
- Create, configure, update, and maintain product information across internal systems and platforms
- Ensure product content, pricing, availability, inventory, inclusions, exclusions, and booking conditions are accurately maintained
- Conduct product quality checks and pre-launch QA to ensure products are operationally ready
- Identify and rectify product configuration or data issues
- Support product launches, updates, and changes according to established processes and timelines
- Support the Product Account Manager in coordinating with merchants and suppliers on product setup and operational requirements
- Follow up with stakeholders to obtain missing product information, documentation, pricing, and operational details
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Customer Support, and other relevant teams to resolve product-related issues
- Monitor product-related issues and support timely resolution in accordance with agreed SLAs
- Identify recurring operational issues and recommend improvements to existing processes
- About you
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, Information Systems, Operations, or a related discipline
1 – 3 years of experience in product operations, operations, account support, e-commerce, travel technology, SaaS, marketplace, or a similar environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and digital platforms
- Able to learn new systems and workflows quickly
- Strong data management and basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to perform systematic QA and identify configuration errors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
