PRODUCT OWNER
- We are looking for a
- Product Owner
- who is passionate about technology, business improvement, and building solutions that create real impact.
- As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for translating
- business needs into digital products and solutions
- , working closely with users and technical teams to ensure that the products we build are relevant, effective, and continuously improved.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand business processes, identify pain points, and translate business needs into
- product requirements and digital solutions
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements.
- Define
- product vision, objectives, scope, priorities, and roadmap
- based on business needs and user requirements.
- Create and maintain
- Product Requirement Documents (PRD), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other product documentation
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable requirements for the development team.
- Manage and prioritize
- Product Backlog
- based on business impact, urgency, and technical considerations.
- Work closely with
- Fullstack Developers, IT teams, UI/UX, QA, and external vendors
- throughout the product development process.
- Ensure that the development team has a clear understanding of requirements, priorities, and expected outcomes.
- Monitor product development progress and proactively identify blockers, risks, and dependencies.
- Conduct
- UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- and validate that developed features meet business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate product implementation, rollout, and user adoption across relevant departments.
- Collect user feedback and analyze product performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing products, systems, and business processes.
- Communicate product progress, priorities, issues, and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure that every product initiative delivers measurable
- business value, efficiency, and user impact
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in
- Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management
- , or related field.
- Minimum
- 3 years of experience
- as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, IT Project Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of
- business process analysis and digital product development
- Experience translating business requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Experience working closely with
- software developers / technical teams
- Good understanding of software development concepts such as
- SDLC, API, database, system integration, and frontend/backend development
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development processes.
- Experience using product/project management tools such as
- Jira, Trello, Notion, ClickUp, Asana
- , or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to balance
- business needs, user experience, technical feasibility, and project priorities
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and strong in ownership.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in
- retail, F&B, e-commerce, or multi-outlet business
- will be a strong advantage.
