About The Company

- . Currently, they are looking for
- Production Engineer & QC SPV/Assistant Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and implement production processes for press, welding, machining, and assembly.
- Understand press and welding drawings and technical specifications.
- Adjust welding jigs and fixtures on the production floor.
- Design welding jigs and fixtures, including experience with 3D-CAD.
- Supervise and manage a team of 3 subordinates.
- Understand and promote the ISO quality management system within the manufacturing operations.
- Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout production processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Able to work in Surabaya (preferably candidates who are currently living in Surabaya).
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in a metal press and welding company.
- Ability to understand press and welding drawings.
- Technical skills in adjusting welding jigs and fixtures on site.
- Experience in designing welding jigs and fixtures.
- Experience with 3D-CAD.
- Understanding of and ability to promote the ISO quality management system.
