- Conduct daily ingredient checks and ensure kitchen supplies are well-stocked
- Support the Sous Chef with daily kitchen ingredients and preparation need
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the kitchen
- Able to work efficiently in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Good attitude, team player, and part of our "No Drama Club"
