About the role

• We are seeking an experienced
• Production Manager

to join our manufacturing operations in Banten. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in overseeing production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards. The Production Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the manufacturing process, from resource planning to final output, whilst maintaining our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in manufacturing sector.

• Key responsibilities
• Oversee daily production operations and coordinate all manufacturing activities to meet production targets and timelines
• Monitor and optimise production efficiency, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve throughput
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements through effective quality control measures
• Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and workforce planning to maximise operational effectiveness
• Supervise and mentor production team members, providing training and performance management to maintain high standards
• Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental compliance across the production facility
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is well-maintained and minimises downtime
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics, providing regular reports to senior management
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction, driving continuous operational excellence
• Liaise with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and inventory management
• What we're looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing or a related discipline
• Minimum 5+ years of production management experience in manufacturing or automotive industries
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and lean manufacturing principles
• Demonstrated expertise in quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with proven ability to motivate and develop staff
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and verbal forms
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing environments
• Experience with budget management and cost control in production operations
