- Key responsibilities
- Consolidate and validate demand forecasts from various business units and markets into a unified operational master demand plan
Translate aggregated business unit demand into detailed Master Production Schedules for manufacturing plants, optimizing line capacity and shift allocation
- Calculate raw and packaging material requirements based on the production schedule, setting appropriate safety stocks
- Develop and manage end-to-end international shipping schedules, coordinating with logistics, freight forwarders, and port handlers
- Balance finished goods, work-in-progress, and raw material inventories across the overseas supply chain network
Ensure production and shipping schedules accommodate country-specific labeling, multi-language packaging requirements, and shelf-life constraints
- Utilize enterprise ERP modules to maintain data accuracy and track order fulfillment status
- Serve as the central planning liaison between business units, factory operations, procurement, and logistics teams
- Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- 6–8 years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or demand-to-delivery planning
- At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role within the FMCG or multinational export manufacturing sector
Demonstrated experience in consolidating multi-business unit demand, master production scheduling, material requirement planning, and international shipping/export logistics workflows
- Hands-on proficiency in enterprise ERP systems
- Proficiency in data analytics tools including Advanced MS Excel and Power BI
Deep understanding of global supply chain dynamics, container/vessel scheduling, customs clearance lead times, and overseas packaging/shelf-life requirements
Strong problem-solving abilities to manage demand volatility, resolve capacity bottlenecks, and adjust shipping timelines during global supply chain disruptions
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
