- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end branch expansion projects, from planning through branch opening and operational handover.
- Develop project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure milestones are achieved within the agreed schedule and budget.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Medical, HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, IT, and Legal, to ensure project readiness.
- Manage external vendors, contractors, consultants, and landlords throughout the branch development process.
- Handle lease agreements, negotiate commercial lease terms, manage landlord relationships, and ensure timely contract execution and payments.
- Monitor lease expiry dates, lead renewal negotiations, and secure favorable lease terms in alignment with the company's expansion strategy.
- Monitor branch construction, renovation, fit-out, and equipment installation to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.
- Ensure all operational, licensing, and regulatory requirements are completed before branch opening.
- Coordinate procurement of medical and non-medical equipment, furniture, supplies, and operational assets for new branches.
- Identify project risks, propose mitigation plans, and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or operational readiness.
- Prepare regular project progress reports, budgets, and status updates for management.
Requirements
- Educational background in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or other related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, branch expansion, operations, construction, retail, healthcare, or a related industry.
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience in site selection, contract lease negotiation, and landlord relationship management is highly preferred.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including Operations, HR, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, IT, Legal, and external vendors.
- Familiarity with clinic or healthcare facility setup and licensing processes is a strong advantage.
- Experience in budget planning, project reporting, and risk management.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
