What You’ll Do
- Prepare, calculate, and review Bill of Quantity (BQ) based on project drawings and technical specifications
- Negotiate project costs and commercial terms with contractors and vendors
- Review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with technical, quality, and operational standards
- Supervise on-site construction and fit-out activities and monitor project progress
- Conduct Quality Control (QC) inspections on materials, fabrication, and construction work
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and Japanese stakeholders
- Perform final inspections and quantity verification (final opname) for project completion and contractor payment
- Prepare project progress reports and technical recommendations for management
You’ll Excel In This Role If You
- Japanese language proficiency at conversational level (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, fit-out, retail development, or project management
- Strong knowledge of Bill of Quantity (BQ), cost estimation, cost control, and technical drawing review
- Experienced in vendor and contractor management, site supervision, and quality control
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
