Collaborate with the Project Manager, project team, and internal teams to support project coordination, monitoring, and control, ensuring that the project is delivered according to the established timeline, scope, and objectives.
Support coordination and communication with various project stakeholders, including IT teams, technical teams, vendors, and other relevant parties, to ensure smooth project execution and deliverable readiness.
Identify, monitor, and escalate project issues, risks, and constraints, while providing recommendations for appropriate follow-up actions to support timely resolution.
Perform Quality Assurance (QA) activities with relevant teams to ensure that project processes and deliverables are aligned with business requirements, implementation objectives, and applicable regulations or standards.
Support the Project Owner and relevant teams in bridging technical requirements with business, operational, and regulatory needs through analysis, clarification, coordination, and preparation of necessary project documentation.
Support the implementation process through the go-live stage, including conducting go-live readiness assessments, validating documentation, and coordinating the fulfillment of various prerequisites to ensure effective implementation in line with the target.
Conduct feasibility study assessments and business requirements gathering.
Has experience in project management, project implementation, PMO, or IT projects, particularly in the development and/or migration of core banking systems.
