- Project Manager – Interior Design
- On behalf of PT BREXA Raya Indonesia’s client – Japanese Interior Design Company | Jakarta
- We are currently looking for an experienced
- Project Manager – Interior Design
- to join a Japanese interior design company based in Jakarta.
Job Description
- Manage interior projects from the initial stage through project handover.
- Coordinate
- design development, budgeting, material selection, procurement, and site execution
- Monitor project
- timeline, budget, quality, and overall progress
- Review and understand
- working drawings, layouts, floor plans, detail drawings, and material specifications
- Prepare
- cost estimations, BOQ/RAB, and project cost calculations
- Identify client requirements and translate them into
- design concepts, proposals, and quotations
- Conduct
- client presentations, pitching, and negotiations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct
- business development and client acquisition
- to generate new project opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure projects are completed according to the agreed
- quality, timeline, and budget
Requirements
- Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree
- , preferably in
- Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum
- 3–5 years of experience
- as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Interior Designer, or related position in
- interior design, fit-out, or construction
- Proven experience managing
- interior projects from initial concept/design stage through handover
- Experience in
- sales and business development
- , including prospecting and building relationships with clients.
- Strong
- presentation, pitching, negotiation, and communication skills
- Able to understand client requirements and provide appropriate project/design solutions.
- Experience or network with
- corporate, commercial, retail, office, hotel, or residential clients
- will be an advantage.
- Proficient in
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong
- project management, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Able to work effectively with clients, internal teams, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
